C 系列(lie)顎式破(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)機廣泛用于各種礦(kuang)山的一級破(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui),可破(po)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)硬度不大于320MPa的各種石(shi)料。
工作原理
C 系(xi)列(lie)顎(e)(e)式(shi)破(po)碎(sui)(sui)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)采用的(de)是曲動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)擠(ji)壓(ya)型(xing)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方式(shi),電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)皮帶輪(lun)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),通過(guo)偏心軸使動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)前后上下運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。當動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)上升時(shi),肘(zhou)板(ban)與動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)間夾角變(bian)大,從(cong)(cong)而推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)板(ban)向固(gu)定顎(e)(e)板(ban)接近,同時(shi)物料(liao)被壓(ya)碎(sui)(sui)或(huo)劈碎(sui)(sui),達到破(po)碎(sui)(sui)的(de)目的(de);當動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)下行時(shi),肘(zhou)板(ban)與動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)夾角變(bian)小,動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)板(ban)在拉桿和彈(dan)簧的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用下,離開固(gu)定顎(e)(e)板(ban),此時(shi)已破(po)碎(sui)(sui)物料(liao)從(cong)(cong)破(po)碎(sui)(sui)腔(qiang)下口排出(chu)。隨著電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)連續轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),破(po)碎(sui)(sui)機(ji)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)作(zuo)(zuo)周期運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)壓(ya)碎(sui)(sui)和排出(chu)物料(liao),實現連續生產。
